Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) sets out the rules for use by International Poker Lovers Association (hereinafter “we” and/or the “Administration”) of Internet user data (hereinafter “you” and/or the “User”) collected using the Site.

1. Processed data

1.1. We do not collect your personal data using the Website.

1.2. All data collected on the Website is provided and accepted in anonymized form (hereinafter “Anonymized Data”).

1.3. Anonymized data includes information that does not allow you to be identified:

1.3.1. Information you provide yourself using online forms and software modules on the Website, including name and phone number and/or email address.

1.3.2. Data transmitted anonymously automatically depending on the settings of the software you use.

1.4. The Administration may set requirements for the composition of Anonymized User Data collected using the Site.

1.5. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the User’s discretion. At the same time, you give informed consent to access by an unlimited number of persons to such data.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided or whether the User has the necessary consent to process it under this Policy.

1.7. You acknowledge and accept that third-party software may be used on the Site, as a result of which such parties may receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in anonymized form.

1.8. The composition and conditions for collecting anonymized data using third-party software are determined by their rights holders and may include: browser data (type, version, cookies); device data and location; operating system data (type, version, screen resolution); request data (time, traffic source, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for the use of Anonymized User Data by third parties.

2. Data processing purposes

2.1. The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:

  • 2.1.1. Processing incoming requests and communication with the User;
  • 2.1.2. Information services, including distribution of promotional materials;
  • 2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other research;
  • 2.1.4. Targeting of advertising materials on the Website.

3. Data protection requirements

3.1. The Administration stores the data and protects it from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

3.2. Confidentiality of received data is maintained, except where made publicly available by the User, or where third-party technologies/software or User software settings provide for open exchange.

3.3. To improve quality of work, the Administration may store log files about User actions on the Site for 1 (one) year.

4. Data transfer

4.1. The Administration may transfer data to third parties in the following cases:

  • The User has consented to such actions, including via software settings that do not restrict provision of certain information;
  • Transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of Site functionality;
  • Transfer is required in accordance with the purposes of data processing;
  • In connection with transfer of the Site to possession, use or ownership of such a third party;
  • At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the procedure established by law;
  • To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration in connection with violations committed by the User.

5. Changing the Privacy Policy

5.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated unilaterally by the Administration without prior notice to the User. The new version comes into force when posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

5.2. The current version of the Policy is available on the Site.
